I had the honor of bringing together 30 incredible women—new and seasoned moms who are not only navigating motherhood but also leading in their industries as entrepreneurs and professionals. Each woman was seated with peers from her field, creating space for authentic connections, powerful networking, and deep conversations.

We spoke about the delicate dance of balancing career and motherhood, about growth, resilience, and the unspoken struggles we all share. The room was filled with wisdom, strength, and vulnerability. We laughed until our stomachs hurt, we shed tears of understanding, and we lifted each other up in a way only mothers can.
